Colleagues Social Events
Colleagues take great pride in offering a rich and full social
calendar to go hand in hand with our rugby experience. Throughout
the year we take part in a range of activities including the following:
Colleagues Long Lunch
Wednesday 21st May 2008. Invites to come
Home Matches
 We
will always take advantage of playing at the hallowed Blue Giant
Stadium, the heart of the Colleagues club. With the beautiful
surrounds of Woollahra, the glorious smells of cooking meat on
the barbie and sweet sounds of beer cans being cracked open as
well as the company of hundreds of your fellow Colleagues, these
are the days we love the most. Good rugby, good friends and good
fun.
Old Colleagues Day
 Once
a Colleague, always a Colleague! Old Colleagues Day brings out
the old players to bask in the glory of days gone by. With a special
area set up, well stocked with drinks and food, this is the day
where current players give that little bit extra on the paddock
to bring home victory and be given the privilege of singing the
Club Song in front of the old boys. One of the best days on the
Colleagues calender.
Ladies Day
 For
many, the favorite day(s) of the season! With a specially set
up marquee, the ladies are well catered for with bubbly, chardy
and chicken sandwiches as they get to gaze on big fit men running
around the pitch in cute little shorts. 2002 saw perhaps the biggest
Ladies Day in history, with thousands coming to see the Blue Giants
in action, and the party continuing at the clubhouse well into
the night!
Family Day
 A
great afternoon for all the boys at the club to give back to the
partners and kids who lose their husbands & fathers every
Saturday afternoon in Winter! Barbies, bouncy castles, face painters
and more, this is a day for giving back to those loved ones that
support us all and without whom we would be lost.
New Players Night
 To
help initiate the new members of the club, the older campaigners
teach the rookies about the history, culture and rules of the
club. A beer-fuelled night of singing and stories of conquest
and loss, this is a night no new player will ever be able to forget
- as long as they can remember it in the first place!
Colleagues Ball
 A
night of glitz, glamour and fashion where stunning women fight
for the opportunity of accompanying a burly bloke in an expensive
suit to one of Sydney's finest ballrooms. An event not to be missed!
Mystery Night
 We
could tell you, but we'd have to kill you. Club members only!
