Woollahra Colleagues
Woollahra Colleagues is Australia’s largest amateur rugby union club. Based in the Eastern Suburbs, the club runs between nine and eleven grade teams each week and has approximately 300 players passing through the club in any one season.
Target Audience: The club consists of males 25 - 35 years who are professionals with high disposable income and tertiary education level or higher. The players work across a broad spectrum of occupations and industries and the majority fall into the high income category. The club offers a great network for its members and their friends, family and partners and home games offer a great social and networking occasion.
The Sponsorship
The Bali International 10’s tournament is part of the Asia-Pacific Rugby 10’s circuit and is contested by a host of sides from throughout the region. Colleagues have been delighted to have the opportunity to participate in such a renowned tournament for the past several years and the modest success enjoyed by the first couple of touring squads culminated with the 2004 team taking out the tournament with an undefeated run against some very skilled and determined opposition teams.
We will be defending our title this year in October and we are looking for the generous support of a sponsor who will be associated with the 2005 squad throughout the remainder of the regular season, during the tournament, and for a considerable time afterwards.
The sponsorship would take the form of logo rights for some or all elements of the Bali touring kit with all funds raised through sponsorship going towards the tournament entry fee and kit costs.

- LONGEVITY OF BRANDING: The tournament kit is worn not only at the tournament but for 2 -3 years afterwards at training, home & away games, and socially. This provides a broad reach and exposure for your company.
- REACH OF CAPTIVE TARGET AUDIENCE: The majority of players at Colleagues are young professionals working in the Sydney CBD and approximately 40% of the club’s players are new each year. Through direct contact with squad members, over 1,000 fellow Colleagues players will be continually exposed to the sponsors name and logo.
- REACHING THE NETWORK OF CLUB SUPPORTERS: Over 1,000 people attend each regular season home game where the tournament jerseys are frequently worn as warm-up kit. In addition, tournament kit worn at away games will extend the reach to an even broader audience.
- INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE: Through the tournament kit, the sponsor is promoted to the other tournament teams and their supporters. This exposes the sponsors name and logo to the international teams which include a number of Australian and NZ teams as well as teams made up of Australian ex-pats working in Asia.
